The introduction of real time programs that render in 3-D as you draw, made it possible. Building Information Modeling (BIM) helps the architect and the client, plus the build team, to foresee both opportunity and conflict.
The end result was the involvement of all our teams, including design, engineering, timberwrights, high-performance enclosure, specialty millwork, and fine woodworking.
